Useful information for your holiday in Radstadt
Apartments are available for occupancy on your arrival day after 2 p.m. On departure day, please check out by 9 a.m.

Store your winter sporting equipment conveniently in our ski cellar with boot dryer.
We are happy to provide you with fresh bread and rolls for breakfast. Please let us know what you would like to order the day before.
We have plenty of free parking spaces available for our guests.
- Twice weekly: guided horseback rides for children, up to our mountain hut outside Radstadt

- Fish for trout, then smoke them in our own smoker oven

We are happy to provide our guests with travel cribs, baby bathtubs, changing mats, high chairs and carrier backpacks for your hikes.
Please note that all of our holiday apartments are non-smoking accommodations.
The stop for the ski bus to the Fageralm and Reiteralm is located right in front of our house.
You are welcome to borrow carrier backpacks to make it easier for your youngsters to accompany you on your hikes.
With the free Salzburger Sportwelt Card, you receive numerous discounts at a wide range of attractions and excursion destinations at locations across the Salzburger Sportwelt region.
When staying in our holiday apartments, you are welcome to make use of our free WiFi service.
The accommodation tax is not included in the listed prices for our holiday apartments (€ 1,90 per night and per person over 15 years).

Children up to age 5 stay with us for free!
In order to guarantee your reservation, we request you transfer a deposit to our bank account. The remaining amount due must be paid in cash no later than the evening prior to departure. Credit cards are not accepted.

A booking is also a purchase contract. Cancellations, delayed arrival or premature departure are subject to cancellation penalties. For this reason, we strongly recommend purchasing holiday cancellation insurance, such as that available through Europäische Reiseversicherung.
In the event of cancellation, the deposit will be retained as a cancellation fee.
